Creating a Bulk Operation

Bulk Writer generates many SEO articles at once from a keyword list — each keyword uses the same research and writing pipeline as Article Writer.

Prerequisites

  • A connected WordPress site (and sitemap if you want internal links)
  • Enough credits — 10 credits per article
  • Watch your daily article limit pill in the header if your plan caps how many you can generate per day

Steps

  1. Open Bulk Writer in the sidebar
  2. Enter Keywords — one keyword or topic per line
  3. Optionally add Extra instructions (tone, audience, must-include points)
  4. Under Publish to, choose your WordPress site, Category (Auto, Uncategorized, or a site category), and Author
  5. Choose a Publishing mode (see Publishing Modes)
  6. Set Country and Language under Locale
  7. Optionally enable Authority link or Infographic
  8. Click Start Bulk Operation
Tip: Scheduled modes (Staggered / Daily) create items you can review later in Scheduler.

Preparing Your Keyword List

Each line becomes one article. Keyword quality drives article quality.

How to Enter Keywords

  • Put one keyword or topic per line in the Keywords box
  • Empty lines are ignored
  • Keep the list focused — large batches still respect your credits and daily limits

Best Practices

  • Be specific — "best budget laptops 2026" beats "laptops"
  • Avoid near-duplicates — similar keywords produce similar articles
  • Prefer long-tail topics — clearer intent, stronger drafts

Publishing Modes

Bulk Writer has three publishing modes under Schedule → Publishing mode.

Publish Immediately

Articles are generated and sent to WordPress as soon as each one finishes. Choose Post status:

  • Publish — live on the site
  • Draft — saved in WordPress for review

Staggered Publishing

Spread publishing across days so you don’t drop the whole list at once:

  • Up to N articles / day — daily cap (e.g. 5)
  • Starting — date and time to begin

Articles are queued and appear in Scheduler until their turn.

Daily Schedule

Publish on a recurring daily cadence with more control:

  • Times — one or more times of day (use Add time)
  • On — which weekdays (Su–Sa chips)
  • Starting — first date
SEO tip: Staggered or Daily usually looks more natural than publishing a large batch immediately.

Monitoring Progress

After you start a run, track it from Bulk Writer and (for scheduled modes) Scheduler.

Recent Operations

The Recent Operations table under the form shows:

  • Keywords / batch summary
  • Target site
  • Progress (completed vs total)
  • Status and date
  • Actions to open details

What You’ll See Per Article

  • Statuses such as pending, processing, completed, or failed
  • Open an operation to inspect individual articles

Scheduled Batches

If you used Staggered or Daily, waiting articles also show under Scheduler where you can preview, edit, pause, or publish early.

Background processing: Operations continue if you leave the page. Return to Bulk Writer anytime to check Recent Operations.
