How the Publisher Works
The Article Publisher lets you take an existing article and publish it to WordPress. Unlike the Article Writer (which generates content with AI), the Publisher works with content you already have.
Three Input Methods
You can provide your article in any of these ways:
- Google Docs URL — Paste a link to a Google Doc
- DOCX File Upload — Upload a
.docxWord document (note:.docformat is not supported) - Rich Text Editor — Paste or write your article directly in the built-in editor with formatting toolbar (bold, italic, headings, lists, links)
You can use one or combine multiple methods. At least one content source is required.
Google Docs: The document must be set to "Anyone with the link can view" for the import to work.
