How the Scheduler Works

The Article Scheduler is a view-and-manage hub for articles that were scheduled from Article Writer or Bulk Writer. You don’t create brand-new schedules here — you monitor and control ones that already exist.

Dashboard Stats

  • Scheduled — waiting to generate/publish
  • Published — finished successfully
  • Paused — temporarily held
  • Failed — needs attention

Filters

Filter by Status (All / Scheduled / Published / Paused / Failed) and by Site, then click Refresh to reload.

Where schedules come from: Use Article Writer’s schedule options for a single article, or Bulk Writer’s Staggered / Daily modes for batches.

How Articles Get Scheduled

There is no “New Schedule” button on the Scheduler page. Articles enter the queue from the writer tools.

From Article Writer

  1. Open Article Writer
  2. Enter your keyword, site, and settings
  3. Choose to schedule instead of publishing immediately (date/time in the writer flow)
  4. Generate — the item appears in Scheduler as Scheduled

From Bulk Writer

  1. Open Bulk Writer and paste your keyword list
  2. Set Publishing mode to Staggered Publishing or Daily Schedule
  3. Configure times / days / start, then click Start Bulk Operation
  4. Queued articles show up in Scheduler for management
Tip: Use Scheduler to fine-tune timing, preview drafts, pause a run, or publish early — without rebuilding the whole batch.

Managing Scheduled Articles

The main table lists Article, Site, Date, Status, and Actions.

Actions

  • Preview / Edit — open the article editor modal to review content, change metadata, author, schedule time, then save or publish
  • Pause / Resume — hold or restart a scheduled item
  • Delete — remove a schedule you no longer want
  • For published items, open the live post on WordPress when a view link is available

Statuses

  • Scheduled — waiting (includes items that used to be labeled “queued”)
  • Published — completed
  • Paused — temporarily stopped
  • Failed — generation or publish error
Daily limits: If generation fails because you hit your daily article limit, wait for the reset or adjust your plan, then retry from the preview modal when available.
